The status of SundryBuzz.com
I started this website in September of 2006 in order to share some of the little things I’d been enjoying in my own life, from products to recipes to household tips. It’s been a great pleasure documenting this stuff — and hearing your own recommendations and ideas in return — but the time has come to turn attentions elsewhere. As enjoyable as SundryBuzz has always been to maintain, it turns out there are only so many hours in a week, and we must leave room for such things as bad television and reading Us Weekly. (What?)
I owe a huge thank-you to my friend and co-blogger Swistle, who has contributed a ton of great content to this site. You can find her at her personal blog, as well as Swistle: Baby Names.
All the SundryBuzz.com articles will remain online for now, and you can browse them via the category links over on the right sidebar.
Both Swistle and myself are continuing to post product reviews and how-to ideas over at Work It, Mom!, and I hope you come visit.

This site has been responsible for several bazillion dollars of expenditures from my very own pocket as I often felt compelled to rush out and purchase whatever you guys personally recommended. So maybe this is a good thing. Will miss it, though.

aww, i’m so sad. i just discovered this site a month or two ago while searching for rosacea-friendly makeup, and just remembered that i wanted to come back to it a couple of days ago. now i only have the archives to save me from boredom at work. i think you are absolutely hilarious and the reviews are spot-on. i totally understand the desire for bad tv and us weekly though 
wish i would have found this sooner!!!

Thanks for what you’ve done, and BIG thanks for leaving the archived articles here for now. I have used a lot of your food and menu ideas from here, but I haven’t written them down because I just come back and look them up. I guess I’ll need to go review them all and print out my favorites.

Even my boyfriend (who doesn’t really ‘get’ blogging) thought your recipes were really funny.
Thought I’d just heap on that disappointment bug with everybody else.

I am also very sorry, but I think your readers will understand you, you worked for this blog for a long time, but we all need rest, it is very important and will help us to have more new ideas, ones I had the same problem with my blog, one day I got up and understood, that I am very tired and my had was empty, and I didn’t know what to write about, but after a few months rest, I began my work with inspiration and clean head, so I hope your will return to us.
