Carter’s Speedy Exit Creepers
If you’re shopping for your own personal baby or looking for some gifts for a new mom, may I recommend Carter’s “Speedy Exit Creeper” onesie? I just got some of these for my 2-month old and they are THE easiest outfits to get on and off — you don’t have to pull anything over the baby’s head or try and thread their noodley legs through the fabric, because the whole thing just snaps apart. As long as you can get their arms through the short sleeves, you’re golden. These are especially nice for a brand-new baby whose appendages seem freakishly delicate and a new mom who is totally paranoid about BREAKING THEIR CHILD, not that I would know anything about that. Oh, and they’re great for older babies too, because they make diaper changes so damn easy.

Do they have snaps in the back? Is that how that works? Or magic? I ask cause my kiddo at 2 months would NOT sleep in anything with snaps or buttons or a tag or a freaking wrinkle, well, anything less than a cushion of clouds and dew was just not good enough.

I loved those things too, and as I remember, they were really super soft. My boy had a huuuuuuge head in his first year (he’s since grown into it) and getting stuff on and off over that melon was a real challenge.
