DadGear/DaisyGear Diaper Bags
Originally designed specifically for men, the DadGear diaper bag line has expanded to include designs with more “feminine styling”. I actually like the original men’s sport bags much better than the foofier women’s bags (what’s with all the flowers?), but they all seem cleverly designed (check out the quick access wipe window! GENIUS).
The shape of the bag is quite spiffy looking, and unlike some diaper bags they don’t appear to be ridiculously oversized. DaisyGear also makes totes, backpacks, and messenger bags; DadGear has vests (wow!), jackets, and more.

Very nice. I don’t know if I’d spend $60-$80 on a bag, though — diaper or messenger.

I’m thankful for the numerous “dad friendly” baby gear bags available. I ended up with a DiaperDude brand bag which is pretty snazzy in black cordura. There are lots of pockets, a fold-up changing pad and a cell-phone/digicam pouch attached to the strap. ~$50 at Amazon and available in “other masculine colors”. (aka Olive Drab and Gray)
I knew that, at some point, I would need to haul more stuff around for overnight visits to the grandparents or even just long days away from home base with my daughter. So, I went to a police/firefighter supply website and picked up a “patrol bag” which cops use to stuff all their crap in when on duty. It’s black, cavernous, multi-pocketed, and will carry enough spare clothes, diapers, wipes and food to allow a dad and his baby to deploy to the field for days. My wife even refers to it as the “Baby Deployment Bag” now.
